Introduction
In Business Studies students are able to apply their IT skills to analyse business functions and research business ideas. The aim is to give students knowledge of how a business works and the way businesses are set-up and financed. Students use a range of techniques, from video creation to debate and discussions, which challenge their pre-conceptions of the subject.

Homework
Homework tasks are set to reinforce the understanding and application of knowledge and skills. Some homework is set so that students can research or investigate. All students are set homework on a weekly basis. Homework tasks and resources are uploaded to the VLE so that students can access them from home or outside of the lesson.
